FAQ
Shipping Policy
- All orders have a 1-2 day fulfillment period. This means we will fulfill your order within 1-2 days and then ship it out. All U.S. orders are expected to arrive within 1 week once they have been shipped. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country and are outside of our control.
- If you have not received an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder before reaching out.
- For international orders, we are not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or duties charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
Refunds / Exchanges
- To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
- To start a return, contact us at support@yycorr.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. After reviewing and approving your request, we will provide detailed return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for following return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.
- Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.
- We have a 30-day return policy. If you do not contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will be unable to process a return request.
- If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and its packaging. We will review and issue a refund or replacement at our discretion.
Shipping Provider
- We are not responsible for shipping issues related to the shipping carrier.
- If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
- If an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer must contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.
- Please note that refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee, typically between $6 and $8, is non-refundable.
Care Instructions
- Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
- Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
- Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments.
